It all began with halwa...

This is halwa, precisely carrot halwa or gajar ka halwa - one of my favorite desserts.

carrot halwa - taken at Ashoka restaurant, Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan

For a long time I did not know about its existence, like back then probably many people around me, but when I tasted it, it has become one of the best, with its simplicity, sweets I ever tried!

Indian desserts in my opinion are not appreciated enough, and there is such variety of them.
They are delicious and colorful, just like India.

And with India, with India I am bound by its culture, songs, designs, food, friends...and husband...

I am not an expert, not at all but here I want to share that colorful India, through all mix, that for me as a"gori" girl, is interesting; Indian beauty secrets and habits, cosmetics, movies, actors, pop culture, Bollywood and simply desi lifestyle.

I hope you will enjoy it!

Z indiami laczy mnie duzo; kultura, piosenki, design, jedzenie, przyjaciele i maz...
